Chi Gong

Chi Gong (Qigong) comprises a diverse set of practices that coordinate body (調身), breath (調息), and mind (調心) based on Chinese philosophy.Practices include moving and still meditation, massage, chanting, sound meditation, and non-contact treatments, performed in a broad array of body postures.

Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a broad range of medical practices developed in China which share a common foundation based on a tradition of more than 2,000 years.  These practices include Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, massage, qigong exercises, and dietary therapy.  A practitioner of Chinese medicine performs a thorough assessment of each patient to develop a customized treatment plan for each person's unique constitution.
