Testimonials for Beata Moreno, PT PC

I came to see Beata in January of 2014. I was struggling with lower back pain due to a minimal leg length discrepancy a job that requires me to be on my feet much of the day. Within four sessions, my back pain was minimized a great deal, but for me, this is not even the most gratifying part! At some point early in the therapy I asked Beata if she could do cranial sacral for my hormone imbalance. I had been suffering from frequent hot flashes and night sweats, not to mention chronic sleep disruption. She added that into what she was already doing to treat my back, and I must say, I feel like a new person! After just two sessions, I was no longer struggling with the hot flashes or night sweats, and I have been sleeping more soundly than I have in years.

On occasion, Beata will ask me a question that seems completely unrelated to physical therapy; more of a question relating to the mind and the soul rather than the body. I have come to understand that this sort of mild inquisition has much to do with Beata's philosophy regarding health care. She is interested in treating the whole person, heart, mind, body and soul. Living in the USA, where Western medicine is often broken down into the service of a particular body part or region, Beata is in the practice of holistic medicine, desiring to treat a client at the root of the cause rather than simply relieving symptoms. In my opinion, she is a true modern day "healer" with sharp intuition, an intelligent mind and a kind spirit.

She comes highly recommended in my book! C.P Portland
